From our family to yours!
Please note:
Launch your own skincare business without the complexity of product development. We offer two simple options:
1. Wholesale (TLN branded products)
Buy our ready-made, high-quality natural skincare and hair care products with The Loving Nature branding already applied, ready to resell.
2. White Label (your branded products)
Sell our products under your own brand. You supply your logo and brand assets, and we design, print, and apply your product labels.
This flexible approach allows you to start quickly with wholesale or build your own brand with white label, while we take care of the product and production.
Our white label service is ideal if you already have a logo and want to bring products to market quickly. You receive fully finished products, professionally labelled with your branding, ready to sell.
There is no need to develop formulas, source ingredients, or manage product compliance records yourself. We handle the product compliance, while you remain responsible for your own sales channels, listings, advertising claims, and customer service.
Important role clarification
You sell the finished products under your own brand as the retailer/seller. This means you are responsible for your own product listings, customer service, advertising claims, sales channels, delivery settings, returns and marketplace account requirements.
Product claims and wording
White label customers must keep all product descriptions, labels, adverts, social media posts and marketplace listings within cosmetic skincare wording. Products must not be described as treating, healing, curing or preventing eczema, psoriasis, infections, inflammation, pain or any medical condition. We may need to amend or reject wording that could move a product outside the cosmetic category.
Select the products you want to sell and place your first order.
Email your existing logo, brand colours, fonts, and product details. Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, or PDF, along with your brand colour codes.
We create your label artwork and send it for approval before printing.
Once approved, we produce and dispatch your order. Your products arrive ready to promote and sell.
Please note that white label orders may take slightly longer due to label design and printing.
Yes, you can start with one product as long as your order meets the minimum order value of £250 and the minimum order quantity of 10 units per SKU. Each size, scent, or variation counts as a separate SKU.
SKU means a specific product variation. For example, if a product comes in different sizes, scents, or types, each one counts as a separate SKU. If you choose a 100ml shampoo and a 250ml shampoo, each size requires a minimum of 10 units.
Yes. You need to provide your existing logo and brand assets, such as brand colours, fonts, and any brand-specific text you want included. We design and apply the product labels, but we do not create logos or full brand identities.
Yes. We provide the required product information for the label, including ingredients and relevant compliance details. Our products are already formulated and supplied as compliant cosmetic products for sale within Great Britain.
No. We do not offer custom formulations, ingredient changes, bespoke product development, or custom packaging through this service. Our wholesale and white label service is based on our existing ready-made products and current packaging options.
The initial £100 label setup fee covers label design and preparation for your first white label order. This includes preparing your label using your existing logo and brand assets, setting up the artwork, and creating print-ready labels.
If you add new products, sizes, scents, or variations later, an additional label setup fee may apply depending on the work required. This is because each new SKU may need separate label artwork and preparation.
Our usual lead time is 5-10 working days. White label orders may take slightly longer if label artwork needs to be created, approved, printed, and applied before dispatch.
No. The Loving Nature branded products cannot be resold on third-party platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces. These platforms are only permitted for white label products sold under your own brand.
Yes. White label products can be sold through your own website, shop, salon, clinic, social media, or third-party marketplaces, as long as they are sold under your own brand and logo. Marketplace approval is not guaranteed, and platform requirements remain the responsibility of the seller or platform account holder.
No. We do not offer or seek dropshipping partnerships. We also do not ship white label products directly to your customers.
The Loving Nature LLP remains the manufacturer and UK Responsible Person for white label products unless otherwise agreed in writing. We handle the product compliance, Product Information File, CPSR, and UK SCPN notification where required. We can provide a basic white label compliance declaration and product summary for your records, but we do not provide full CPSR, PIF, formulation details, supplier records, or internal compliance documents to customers or third-party platforms.
No. Our current white label setup supports sales within Great Britain only, meaning England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the EU, and international sales are not supported under our current white label setup, as these markets may require additional regulatory arrangements.
No. White label products are supplied as cosmetic products, not medicines. You must not claim that a product treats, heals, cures, or prevents eczema, psoriasis, infections, inflammation, pain, or any medical condition. Product wording must stay within cosmetic skincare language such as moisturising, softening, nourishing, and caring for dry skin.
