Because everybody’s skin and hair are different, we understand that occasionally a product may not be the right fit for you. If this happens, we are happy to help under our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

This policy applies to products that have been tried but were not suitable for your skin or hair. For unused items or change-of-mind returns, please refer to our Returns Policy.

If you are unhappy with how a product works for your skin or hair, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for feedback about your experience so we can continue improving our products and service.

To be eligible for a refund

  • The product must be returned to us
  • The product should not be substantially used
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected

Note: we reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we believe the policy is being misused or abused.

Please include your order number and name inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly. We recommend using a tracked service where possible and keeping the postage receipt for your records.

As natural formulations can work differently for each individual, we also recommend trying our smaller sizes first where available before purchasing larger sizes.
