In your account dashboard, under the ‘My Loyalty Points’ tab, you can check your current points balance, view a detailed history of how you earned them (including purchases, reviews, and referrals), and keep an eye on your progress. You’ll also find the option to redeem your points there if you wish, or simply apply them directly at checkout as described below.

How to redeem points

At checkout, simply enter how many points you’d like to redeem under ‘Apply loyalty discounts?’, and your discount will be applied instantly, no extra steps needed.
If you already have store credit on your account (from a previous redemption or return), you can apply it under ‘Apply store credit discounts?’ to use it on your order.

Where to find your referral link

In your account dashboard, under the ‘My Loyalty Points’ tab, you’ll find your unique referral link. Simply copy and share it with friends and family to start earning referral rewards. If you don’t see a link yet, just click the ‘Generate Link’ icon (this only needs to be done once).

If they create an account using your link, they’ll receive 100 points as a welcome gift. When they place their first order using the link, you’ll receive 500 points as a thank you for the referral.

Important to know

  • Points are valid for 365 days from the last time you earned or used points. You can keep them active by continuing to earn or spend points within that time.
  • Points can’t be exchanged for cash and will be adjusted if items are returned.
